With over 15 years of experience in Government and Nonprofit relations, Business Development, Advocacy, Disability and Veteran-based talent acquisition, places Mrs. McDonald at the cusp of professional discernment and empathy.  This allows her to create beneficial and long term collaborative relationships between organizations and their local public.

Through collaborative partnerships, Angie conducts free or low-cost strategic training, optimization and motivational workshops for widowed, unemployed, at-risk and re-entry individuals.  Additionally, working closely with organizations and businesses, Mrs. McDonald can provide specialized services to their leaders and employees providing techniques resulting in an overall boost in employee morale and calibration.

Certified Grief, Transitional and Personal LIFE COACH

Widowed at age 28 with two young children, Angie had to learn by way of difficult and challenging life experiences how to regroup, overcome, transition and evolve.  She understood the importance of properly processing grief, loss, change, forgiveness and education.  Her passion was defined with the pursuit of advocacy and education for those deemed at-risk or facing unusually difficult circumstances.  Partnering with non-profit, faith-based and community organizations, Mrs. McDonald provides core development and Group or Team Coaching sessions to equip, empower and motivate the Clients these entities serve.
