Being Widowed and enduring subsequent hardships, equipped me with the first-hand tools I needed to powerfully engage with my Clients.

  • This is the perfect package for those who are new to the coaching concept or looking to revamp and refocus!  You'll receive 4 1-hour sessions (45-minute session & 15-minute reflection & assignment) by phone and/or video call. A discovery session will determine if we must focus on Grief Support, Grief Counseling, Resilience or Transitional Coaching concepts.
     

  • This will include specific and challenging assignments that will help you to self-identify challenges via introspective ideas and exercises.
     

  • You will be challenged to transform by making progressive decisions and steps to overcome your circumstances or residual effects of your past.
     

  • The frequency can be weekly or bi-weekly.
     

Transcend & Elevate (Grow)

  • This cost-effective package is specifically designed to provide the Optimal Transitional Life Coaching experience.  If you're serious about making long-term successful changes, this is ideal for you.
     

  • You will receive 6 1-hour sessions (45-minute session & 15-minute reflection & assignment) by (by phone and/or by video conferencing).  
     

  • This Investment is specifically designed to introduce you to new levels of acknowledgment, empowerment and sharpened skills that will bring expressive and life-changing results.  Concepts of Resilience and Transitional coaching are introduced and encouraged for the ideal Coaching experience.

Growth and Discovery (Discover)

  • This advanced package tracks your development AFTER Healing, Release, and Transitioning has been fully acknowledged and/or taken place.
     

  • This long-term intensive coaching includes sessions geared towards implementing and executing significant progressive results. Grief Counseling will be inter-laced with intense Resilience and Transitional Coaching practices.
     

  • 8 1-hour Coaching sessions via Phone and/or Video Call will involve elements of all offered packages, complete with take-home assignments/projects. 
     

  • Specified Grief Support or Transitional methods will be implemented, customized to your Discovery points of action.
     

  • You will receive a personalized copy of my Book "7 Affirmations Towards Healing and Growth" (Vol. 1)
     

  • Enjoy 3 complementary 20-minute follow up sessions, up to 3 months after our 8th session. This is to help determine if a customized package needs to be implemented to ensure accountability.
